“The work at my place included installation of new AC units, plastering, carpentry, kitchen installation, painting, and renovation of a bathroom. The quality of the work was good, and I was particularly happy with how the AC cable coves turned out, as these needed to be massive but ended up blending naturally with the design of the house. Throughout the process, Marcelo and his team were polite, communicative, and easy to work with. The construction was also kept surprisingly clean and organized throughout. One thing I really appreciated was that communication never disappeared from the moment I first contacted Marcelo for a quote until the very end. If you called, Marcelo answered, and if issues came up during construction, he would raise them immediately. That matters a lot during a renovation. Post-construction support was also good. We needed a couple of things revisited afterward, and Marcelo was responsive and quick about sending someone to check them. I’m happy with the result”
