“Maciek just finished laying our 36 m² laminate floor on our 3rd floor, that had flooded due to a water leakage from the bathroom. He also removed all damaged laminate and insulation material prior to installing the new floor and packed them nicely for easy disposal. His offer for the job was by far the most economic one out of all the offers we had received for the project, so we were a bit sceptical in the beginning. When he visited us to discuss the project the impressions I had from him being so very flexible and cooperative with all the difficulties, he had to face in taking off the damaged floor and laying new laminate floor in a full of furniture area without asking for extra charges gave me confidence that I had the right installer for such a difficult installation project with a very competitive cost. Well now I must confess what an incredible result we have achieved, compared to the previous installers we have used in the past, and looking also at the minor details of the patt”
