444m2 plastering, 500m2 painting. + Good communication with Dave, very responsive during the actual work execution period; company was fast available, the guys doing the plastering were hard working and ready in reasonable time; the plastering looks OK. - Crack repair was not done properly before plastering (if at all), already after 2 weeks big cracks (from the ceiling all the way to the floor) appeared in one of the rooms (on the same place where they were before), after 2 months the same happened in another room. The company says that they cannot repair it. I need to find another company who could repair the cracks. The work around switches and wall sockets was not done professionally. Another skilled person is needed to fix this professionally. It takes long time because the plaster is easily damageable. The same is valid for the staircase handrails. Capet damaged on the staircase. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company for the whole house renovation and crack repair.

Hello Ms. Mikova, I am verry sorry that the job we did for you did not go 100% as we had both hoped. At the same time I feel that a 2 star review is not really fair. The majority of the work was done well. Your walls had big cracks before we started the plaster work as you mentioned and we discussed before we started the work that it is impossible for me to guarantee they won’t come back. I am sorry they did come back but I did not build your walls I only finished them. The problem with the plaster around the electrics, we did 2 things. Firstly I gave you a decent discount on the final invoice *and* offered to come back to fix them free of charge. After you reached out to me again, I again offered to come back and fix the issues but got no response at all (see final picture). This offer still stands today. I helped you out with a variety of issues and spent countless hours communicating but sadly that obviously wasn’t enough. Kind regards, Dave Heijboer

Heel mooi werk voor schilderen en stuken, soepele communicatie, en netjes werk. Erg tevreden en ik zou deze partij zeker aanraden!

Over het stucwerk erg tevreden, was ook netjes gedaan. Het schilderwerk daarentegen is op sommige plaatsen absoluut niet goed. Onze wc is niet netjes afgewerkt en al helemaal niet netjes gekit. Het lijkt alsof het afpleisteren en opschuren niet netjes gedaan is. Contact gezocht met Dave, hij heeft zijn compagnon terug laten komen. Deze heeft alleen maar lopen zuchten en kreunen tijdens het herstellen. Ik kreeg steeds te horen dat het “handwerk” is en dat ik niet kan verwachten dat het perfect is. Op sommige plaatsen zit de verf er zo dik op, alsof het niet goed is uitgerold. Ook zitten er nog verfspetters die ik zelf heb moeten wegschuren en opnieuw op moest vullen. Ik zou ze zeker aanbevelen voor het stucwerk, het schilderwerk doe ik zelf wel.

Ik heb de volledige woning laten stuken en schilderen met de kozijnen erbij. Ik ben zeer tevreden over het geleverde werk. Ik raad Budget Stukadoor met plezier aan.
