Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify the situation, there seems to be some confusion. The appointment you’re referring to was cancelled once because one of our technicians was involved in a car accident. This was the first and only time such an incident has ever happened within our company. Unfortunately, in the rush and shock of that moment, we weren’t able to inform you as quickly as we would have liked and for that, we sincerely apologize. At the time, we also shared photo of the damaged company van with you, to be fully transparent about the situation. It’s possible you’ve read another review mentioning car trouble, but that was a completely different situation involving a different technician who experienced vehicle breakdown, not an accident. We fully understand your frustration when appointments are delayed, and we immediately offered alternative options to reschedule and complete the work. Bedankt voor uw review. Helaas kon onze monteur door onverwachte autopech de afspraak niet nakomen. Wij hebben u diezelfde middag direct geïnformeerd en gevraagd naar een geschikt moment om de afspraak zo snel mogelijk opnieuw in te plannen. Wij begrijpen dat dit vervelend voor u was, maar willen benadrukken dat wij altijd eerlijk en transparant communiceren, ook in dit geval. Het was uw keuze om de afspraak te annuleren, waardoor wij het probleem helaas niet meer konden oplossen.
