Verstopping werd heel snel opgelost.

Reageerde snel op mijn opdracht en duidelijke afspraak over de kosten. Vervolgens goed geholpen met het oplossen van de verstopping. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Top loodgieter!! Heeft ons vandaag geholpen aan een verstopping aan de wastafel in de keuken én de verstopping in ons toilet. Voor ons is er maar 1 vaste loodgieter en dat is MR CLOGGED!!

Werden gelijk gebeld en ze kwamen heel snel. Vriendelijke mensen en het was goed en vakkundig opgelost. Volgende keer bellen we ze weer.

The team was polite, responsive, and arrived quickly on both visits. However, the issue was not resolved. On the first visit, they used a high-pressure machine, reaching ~15 meters, and removed some wet tissues. The problem returned within days. They returned under their guarantee and went ~18 meters deep. The issue seemed resolved, but recurred within a week. On the third contact, they requested €150 for a camera inspection, stating their guarantee had been fulfilled. I then hired another company, which included inspection in the price (€150 total). They found the actual blockage just ~3 meters in—wet tissues. It was a simple issue missed in both prior visits. According to Dutch and EU consumer law, service providers must resolve the issue fully, and guarantees remain valid until that point. The original service did not meet this standard, and I had to pay again to achieve resolution. This feedback reflects the facts of the experience.

Yusef came to check an issue for smell but fortunately/unfortunately couldn’t see any leaks so keeping an eye on the situation and if smells comes back then he suggested few things. Appreciate his quick response and detailed check
