ATTENTION, NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I asked them to unclog a toilet in my house. What Vosse and I agreed upon is: "Dit doen wij op urengeld à € 87,50 incl. 21% BTW per manuur excl. materiaal en indien van toepassing excl. parkeergeld. Wij rekenen reistijd en geen voorrijkosten." Although the work took less than one hour, Vosse invoiced me € 296,45!!! I had three questions about the attached invoice: 1- Given that the work took less than one hour, how did you calculate €95,50? 2- Why extra tax? 3- Why € 150 for the camera inspection which was not mentioned in our agreement? I emailed and called them many times to clarify the invoice but instead of clarification they forced me to pay via incasso.

Helaas mijn ervaring met deze bedrijf was heel slecht. Zij zijn gewoon oplichters! Slechte communicate, ze hebben hele hoge prijzen voor werkzaamheden die niet te verklaren waren. Ze logen over telefonisch afspraken die niet zijn gemaakt, dus altijd alles op papier zetten!!! Moest ik mijn rechtsbijstand inschakelen die heeft het geglukkig opgelost en een betrouwbare bedrijf opgezocht die ook veel goedkoper was!

Summary - Did no work, charged me 100 euro. I contacted this company to complete a radiator installation in my bathroom. Prior to them arriving I provided them with pictures of the location of installation, all pipes, and packaging of the radiator. The day they showed up, they looked at it and stated that they did not have the tools that day to do the installation, and they left. I was unable to reschedule with them due to my schedule - because of this, they charged me for their time: 100 euro. I tried to dispute the invoice with them as they performed no work. Rather than discuss the issue with me they simply stated that they stood by the invoice and then proceeded to send me to a collections company. I would strongly recommend NOT using this company as it does not strike me as a professionally run organization. Rather they will try to squeeze you for every euro. Stay away.

Absolute scammers! Google 'vosse installatiebedrijf' and you will see they're notorious for scamming people! We hired this company to investigate a leak at a building we manage. Their plumber went to the wrong address and obviously couldn't find any leak. Instead they proceeded with a service we didn't request and sent an invoice. We were in communication about this but they refuse to acknowledge we didn't request any services at the address they visited. Now they send a deurwaarder to collect payment. The way they and their deurwaarder conduct their business could be referred to as a criminal organization. If you have similar experience, approach the De Geschillencommissie for assistance. Quite simply do not hire these guys!! Plenty more trustworthy companies out there!!

Slechte communicatie. Meer uren rekenen dan er zijn geweest. Probleem niet opgelost.

Adm. afh. en berekening uren: grote natte vinger of juist standaard 3 uur. 1e klus duurde veel korter duurde dan de 2e. 1e klus was max 45 min.; 2e: 1½ uur. In ieder geval: 1e klus veel minder tijd dan 2e. Desondanks v beide klussen precies zelfde aantal uur berekend, te weten ½uur reistijd en 2½ uur arbeid = 3 uur. Op factuur worden arbeids- en reistijd als nettobedrag opgegeven zonder spec. aantal uur. Afgesproken tarief is op basis van uurloon incl. BTW. Dus om er achter gekomen hoeveel uur op factuur staat, moet men in staat zijn uurloon terug te rekenen ex BTW. Voor wat betreft geleverd werk is Vosse wellicht een aanrader. 2 Klussen redelijk tot goed uitgevoerd. Ik raad echter naast de vanzelfsprekende zaken het volgende te doen: • laat iemand alleen zijn werk doen: ga niet in op maken v praatje, bied geen koffie aan • druk de stopwatch in op moment dat iemand de drempel overstapt - ben met z'n 2-en en anders: maak opnamen • lees reviews en google dit bedrijf!
