We are very satisfied with the work done by Elektraworks. We had good and professional communication before the job started, so we knew already what to expect. He arrived on time, spend good amount of time figuring out the problem, discussing and explaining it to us. The work itself was done very professionally (he had the necessary parts with him), without troubles, and always in consultation with us when necessary. After the work the place was left clean and without trash. We had also asked him during the work to look at another issue that we didn't pre-discuss and he was very open and willing to work on that too. It even required him to go back home to pick up extra tools. The costs were as agreed on for the pre-discussed work and fair for the additional tasks. We recommend him highly - he is a professional in his craft who is willing to think along and look for solutions.
