You asked us to install a new fuse box. We bought the materials and completed the installation. When it came time to pay, you started telling stories about problems with your bank. For us, this felt suspicious and not trustworthy. You shouldn’t request a service if you don’t have the money to pay for it. Regarding the issues you had in the house: we carried out a **FREE check-up**, found the problem, and gave you several options to fix it. You declined. Instead, we did a **FREE temporary fix** so you could have electricity in your shed, and we clearly told you that it might not last long and that we recommended a proper repair. You declined this as well. When the problem came back, you again asked us to come and check it. Because you live quite far away, we told you we would combine your visit with another project nearby. You can call us anytime, but we do not always have the time to reply to every message immediately.
